Algeria's only win at the on going All Africa Games came on Satruday when they hammered 7 goals past the host nation Mozambique. Mozambique managed to score a consolation goal through the efforts of star player Maria Mutola in the 42nd minute of the 1st half.

Algeria saw off  Mozambique thanks to goals by  Meflah (24 '), Buhen (52', 76 '), Bekhedda (60'), Marek (66 ', 69') and Yahya (90 ').
Cameroon will have to wait until next Tuesday to play again, when they will take on the second-placed team in Group B at the semis.
Algeria's next opponent at the semis will be determined by the out come of the Ghana vs South Africa game to be played today.
