Ghana to Kick off National Women's League In December

The kick-off date for the maiden National Women’s League has been rescheduled to December 16, the Ghana Football Association has confirmed.

The nationwide competition was set to have started this weekend.

"The league was initially scheduled to start on November 25, 2012," a GFA statement said

"The start of the competition will now be preceded by an official launch on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the GFA Secretariat at 10:00 am."
