2015 FIFA WWC- $25000 per player From Cameroonian Government

The morale and  atmosphere in the Lionesses den is encouraging as they await kick off to the 2015 Women's world cup in Canada. To show their support for the Lionesses of Cameroon, the government  released   CFA 15,000,000($25,790) to be paid to each  player before the  team departed from their training  base in Surrey for Vancouver after the amount was agreed upon. Although the amount agreed upon is half of the initial amount requested  for by the team,the ladies seem satisfied with what they have been given.

The team released a video of  players enjoying themselves to some music. Cameroon will battle it out in group C comprising of Japan,Switzerland and Ecuador. They will take on Ecuador in their first game on June 8th,2015 whiles Nigeria in Group D with Australia,USA and Sweden,will take on Sweden on the same day to kick of the world cup.

The Ivory Coast in Group B will play against Thailand on June 11th.
