For female players from countries where it's not yet possible to become a member of the national players' union, FIFPro provides the possibility to become a direct member of its international worldwide players' union.
Players who become a direct member of FIFPro, authorize FIFPro to represent their collective interests on their behalf worldwide.
In the meantime FIFPro will do its utmost to ensure that membership will be open for female players in every national players' union as soon as possible.
