Ghana's President Hosts U17 Bronze medal Winning Team

The President of the republic of Ghana, John Mahama hosted the Black Maidens,Ghana's U17 team at the president's office on Tuesday after their stellar performance at the just ended U17 FIFA WWC in Azerbaijan.
The Black Maidens exceeded the expectations of many when they beat Germany to clinch the bronze medal at the tournament hosted by Azerbaijan. A huge financial package has been promised them by the President.

It is expected that majority of the players will be promoted to the U20's as Ghana builds on the achievements of the U17's.
