Nigeria’s Super Falcons, is scheduled to arrive in Frankfurt, Germany from its camp in Saalfelden, Austria, on Tuesday where it had had impressive results in friendly matches while in camp.
The team is expected to play its first match on Sunday, June 26th with France at Sinsheim in the south-western part of Germany.Nigeria will be among the 16 teams that will be battling it out to become world champions in the tournament.
Nigeria features in Group A with Canada, France and Germany.
The winners and runners up will go through to the quarter finals with the winner of Group A playing the runner up of Group B in Wolfsburg, while the runner-up of Group A plays the winner of Group B in Leverkusen, both on 9 July 2011.
